Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions. Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care. Apply sound nursing judgment in patient care management. Provide primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses. Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as ordered. Collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients. Guide and supervise ancillary personnel while maintaining professional nursing standards.
