Lead Designer
The Lead Designer guides creative execution across collection development, marketing and product photoshoots, digital and physical asset organization, and specialty design initiatives. This role creates mood boards, renderings, pattern concepts, presentation materials, portfolios, advertisements, and company assets that communicate a clear creative point of view while supporting brand standards, production timelines, partner requirements, and internal team needs. The Lead Designer collaborates closely with the Chief Creative Officer, Brand Operations, internal teams, and external partners to ensure creative concepts are well organized, visually consistent, budget-conscious, and delivered on schedule. In short, the Lead Designer translates the direction from the Chief Creative Officer into concepts and assets, manages day-to-day creative development, prepares work for review, incorporates feedback, and ensures approved work is executed accurately.
