School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Overview Location: Fresno, CA and surrounding areas Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible Options Available) Start Date: August 2026 Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school-based team in the Fresno, CA area. This role focuses on supporting students with speech, language, and communication challenges to help them succeed academically and socially. The SLP will collaborate closely with educators, families, and other specialists. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Qualifications Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Active California SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Prior school-based experience is a plus, but not required Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance options Retirement plan options (e.g., 401(k)) Professional development and continuing education support Flexible scheduling options Collaborative and supportive work environment Work Environment School-based setting (K12) with an opportunity to work with diverse student populations.
