Base pay range $73.00/hr - $90.00/hr Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor Grow Therapy is seeking licensed mental health professionals to join our expanding network of providers! We handle credentialing, billing, and insurance claims so providers can enjoy the freedom of choosing when, where, and who to work with — without the hassle of mundane admin tasks. Free, hassle-free credentialing with major insurers: Under Grow Therapy’s tax ID you’ll get paneled for free with the major payors in your state so you can work with clients who have insurance. External marketing efforts to assist you in growing your practice: We empower providers with tools to help you expand your reach and market your practice to potential clients. Intake & scheduling team dedicated to your clients: Clients can easily book with just a few clicks through our website or by calling our dedicated customer support team. User-friendly EHR: A one-stop shop to manage your invoice submissions, client notes, telehealth sessions, and scheduling. Build your dream practice: With no client minimums or visit requirements, we leave it completely up to you to build your practice how you want. Determine what types of clients you want to see, and create a schedule that works for your needs. Telehealth: See clients in-person, through telehealth, or a combination of the two. Health Insurance Support: We partner with Stride so you can find the most affordable health care coverage plans in your area. Continuing Education Credits: Providers who actively see clients on the Grow Therapy platform can access free CEU opportunities through our partnerships with PESI and Violet. Grow Community: Connect with other Grow providers in a private community space, dedicated to offering support, advice, and camaraderie throughout your private practice journey. Clinical Education: Gain access to clinical resources provided by our team of experts as well as other like-minded clinicians, such as peer consultation groups, discussion forums, documentation webinars, and more! The best part? Grow is free for providers and has no minimum visit requirements . Minimum Qualifications You are an LMHC Licensed in Maine Must have independent clinical licensure for at least 1 year Please note that if you are not licensed in one of our operational states, do not hold one of the licensures listed above, and/or have not held independent licensure for one year, we will be unable to move forward with an introductory meeting. Grow Therapy can only work with providers with at least 1 year of experience.
