Manager, Process Management - Personal Loans (Hybrid) As a Process Manager in PL- Well Managed, you will be part of a talented team delivering flawlessly executed processes that improve business efficiency and drive results. You will oversee Process Documentation, ensuring that all process documentation is accurately documented and maintained, and collaborate with leaders to influence business outcomes that impact the company’s bottom line. The ideal candidate is disciplined, highly organized, and capable of autonomous work while managing multiple tasks. Strong teamwork, communication, and research skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to adapt rapidly to change are essential. Responsibilities also include providing operations management across finance, risk management, communications, project management, process controls, improvements, and organizational effectiveness and change management. Core Responsibilities Process Documentation and Maintenance: Ensure processes are documented as designed, execute necessary recovery actions, and appropriately raise critical problems. Communication and Support: Provide internal customer support and communicate updates on new and existing processes to internal clients and leadership. Project Management: Support change management through project management as PL transforms to its destination state. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification At least 3 years of experience in Process Management, Project Management or Risk Management At least 2 years of experience leading technology delivery processes At least 2 years of experience designing, building and managing internal business processes At least 2 years of experience in technology controls or auditing At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or military experience 4+ years of experience in Process Management, Project Management or Risk Management 3+ years of Financial Services experience 1+ years of experience with SQL PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. Salary Ranges McLean, VA: $134,400 - $153,300 Richmond, VA: $122,100 - $139,400 Riverwoods, IL: $122,100 - $139,400 This role is eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives (LTI).
