Assistant to Vice President Operations

A financial institution is seeking an experienced reconciliation professional to join its Control Tower team, responsible for the accurate and timely completion of daily nostro account reconciliations across multiple entities, products, and currencies. The role includes investigating outstanding breaks, escalating issues when needed, preparing daily Key Risk Indicator submissions, and ensuring strong communication across operational groups. Candidates will also be expected to demonstrate clear process improvements and provide tangible examples of impact; whether through automation, enhanced controls, workflow redesign, or efficiency gains within reconciliation or operational control environments. Ideal background: 2–5 years of reconciliation experience within an operational control environment, experience with FIS Intellimatch/Data Integrity Manager would be a huge plus, strong judgment and urgency, excellent communication skills, and the ability to execute effectively in high‑pressure environments.
