Looking for an exciting opportunity in a lively, high-energy environment? Stray Cat Lounge, located in the heart of Saint Petersburg, FL, is seeking a dedicated and professional Security team member to help maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. If you have experience in security and thrive in fast-paced settings, we’d love to hear from you!
What You'll Be DoingAs a Security team member at Stray Cat Lounge, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring the lounge to maintain a secure environment for patrons and staff.
- Managing crowd control in a high-volume setting.
- Verifying IDs and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
- Responding promptly and professionally to any incidents or disturbances.
- Collaborating with the team to uphold the lounge’s standards of service and safety.
We’re seeking someone with:
- At least 1 year of experience in a security role, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Strong situational awareness and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
- A professional demeanor and a commitment to creating a safe, welcoming space.
- Relevant security licenses (pay varies based on licensing and experience).
