Senior Tax Manager

Overview We are working with a Cincinnati-based accounting firm that is adding to its team. This role offers stability and growth in a small to mid-sized environment. the ideal candidate will bring extensive tax knowledge and will also work on audit projects and provide general accounting support. Responsibilities Able to prepare local, state, and federal tax returns; you will work with a mix of individuals, partnerships, S-Corp, and C-Corp clients. Tax research. Manage client relationships, including routine meetings throughout the year to offer tax strategy advice among other things. Assist on various audit projects as assigned. Own the general accounting function for some organizations; including preparing monthly financial statements, and more. Tax/Audit review; the goal is for this firm to continue to hire and you will be tasked with supervisory responsibilities.
