Overview Got Rack is hiring Welders/Fabricators to join our steel manufacturing team. These positions work on racking, cantilever, and mezzanine components. Requirements 5–7 years’ MIG welding and steel fabrication experience Ability to read fabrication drawings and follow shop instructions Experience with structural steel assembly and finishing Strong attention to quality and safety standards Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced production environment Ability to lift 50 lbs and work with heavy steel MIG welding tools and fabrication machinery Adhere to welding and fabrication safety protocols Compensation: $22.00–$34.00 per hour depending on experience.
