Santa Rosa, CA | Outpatient Oncology Clinic

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 5x8-Hour Shifts (Expected 40 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Administer approximately 6 infusions per shift in an outpatient oncology clinic setting
• Perform 1–2 port draws daily as part of routine patient care
• Operate and monitor Alaris Infusion Pumps and CADD Ambulatory Pumps
• Provide safe, patient-centered oncology nursing care in accordance with established clinical protocols
• May be expected to float to nearby sister facilities as needed during the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license — compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• Oncology certification required (ONCC or ONS)
• Minimum 1 year of oncology/infusion experience in an outpatient setting
• Must be available to work 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC electronic health records
• Prior travel nursing experience is not required — first-time travelers are encouraged to apply
