Requirements for this role:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure to practice as an SLP
• Certification from ASHA (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
• Experience or genuine interest in working with pediatric or school-aged populations
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and a positive, student-centered approach

Primary responsibilities include:

• Delivering assessment, diagnosis, and evidenced-based treatment to students with varied speech and language needs
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records in alignment with school guidelines
• Conducting screenings and providing consultations to support student success
• Educating and training caregivers and staff on effective communication strategies
