Child Development Schools
Child Development Schools is operating over 260 centers across 11 states and seeks candidates for its Director‑in‑Training program. The 3‑month training prepares you for a permanent School Director role, covering hiring, budgeting, marketing, curriculum development, staff support, and state compliance. What Your Days Will Look Like Hands‑on training in hiring, team‑building, budgeting, marketing, and curriculum development. Leading recruitment, training, and staff support while maintaining state compliance. Supervising and inspiring the team, managing schedules, and handling substitute staff. Building strong relationships with families and staff. Hosting informative tours for prospective families. Maintaining safety, cleanliness, and readiness of the school environment. Handling administrative tasks such as billing, payroll, and record keeping with precision. Assisting in a variety of school tasks, from cooking to cleaning to classroom activities.
