Donor Engagement Supervisor

Allentown Rescue Mission

Job Description

We are seeking a Donor Engagement Supervisor to play a vital role in strengthening the Mission’s brand, fundraising strategy, donor engagement, and overall development operations. This role blends project execution, donor relations.

Because the Allentown Rescue Mission is an evangelical Christian ministry, the ideal candidate will bring a clear understanding of the evangelical community.

The role also requires a basic understanding of resource allocation, supervisory oversight within the department and coordinate the purchasing of fundraising services.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree
Experience working within or alongside the evangelical Christian community
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for events.

Through compassionate care and strong community partnerships, we work to rescue, rehabilitate, and restore those in crisis to the community.
