Job Summary:
The healthcare professional specializing in infusion therapy will serve at a facility in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves delivering oncology infusion treatments in a fast-paced environment, primarily on a 36-hour schedule during weekends and evenings. Candidates will be responsible for assessing patients, administering complex GI regimens, and providing high-quality care in a hematology-oncology infusion unit.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Dayshift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: 2+ years of infusion experience in an acute medical center, including 1+ years outpatient experience and 1+ years traveler experience. Strong IV and patient assessment skills are essential. Oncology certification through the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) is required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with complex gastrointestinal (GI) regimens is highly desirable.
• Additional Information: The position is located at a sixty-bed infusion unit dedicated to Hematology-Oncology. This role requires expertise in infusion therapies and assessment skills suitable for a high-volume oncology setting.
