Position Summary:

As a Registered Nurse Medical/Surgical , you will provide direct patient care in accordance with the nursing process and established standards of practice. This role emphasizes collaboration, critical thinking, and delivering compassionate care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care accurately.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge instructions.
• Adhere to hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Shift Information:

• Night shifts, 12 hours each.

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Active RN license in Arizona or compact state.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a Medical/Surgical or acute care setting.
• Skills: Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management abilities.

Must-Haves

1. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona or compact licensure.
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Medical/Surgical or acute care setting.
3. Proficiency in utilizing the nursing process to provide high-quality patient care.
4. Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-To-Haves

1. Certification in Medical/Surgical Nursing (CMSRN).
2. Experience in an all-private bed hospital or similar care environment.
