Senior Regional Director, Human Resources

Serve as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders across FOX Television Stations’ Southeast and Mid-Atlantic markets, Sales organization and Corporate functions Act as the primary HR partner to the SVP, Human Resources, helping set regional priorities and drive execution of the broader people strategy Lead, coach and develop a team of five HR professionals Develop understanding of station operations, revenue drivers, market dynamics and functional priorities to deliver practical, scalable HR solutions Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, talent reviews and leadership development Advise executives and managers on performance management, employee development, team effectiveness and organizational health Guide leaders through employee relations matters, investigations, conflict resolution and performance issues Support business transformation, organizational change, integrations and strategic initiatives Partner with Talent Acquisition and Compensation on hiring strategies, workforce plans, internal mobility, competitive offers and retention priorities Drive employee engagement, culture and employee experience initiatives Partner with HR Operations, Benefits, Payroll, Legal, Learning & Development and other Centers of Excellence Use workforce data, people analytics and business insights to identify trends and inform decisions Promote consistent application of company policies, employment practices and regulatory requirements Build relationships with station leadership, Sales leaders, Corporate executives, managers and employees Represent FOX Television Stations and Human Resources in enterprise-wide initiatives and cross-functional leadership forums Travel regularly to assigned station locations and other business offices as needed Requirements 12 or more years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant experience supporting geographically dispersed teams, business units or markets Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field Demonstrated success serving as a strategic HR partner to senior executives and operating leaders Experience leading and developing an HR team, preferably in a matrixed or multi-location organization Broad expertise across employee relations, talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, performance management and change leadership Strong business acumen and ability to connect people strategies to operational, financial and organizational priorities Exceptional communication, influencing and relationship-building skills Executive presence, discretion and mature judgment when handling sensitive and complex matters Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to use data to identify trends and influence decisions Ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach Ability to manage multiple priorities, operate with urgency and deliver results in a fast-paced environment Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions Experience in television, media, entertainment, broadcasting, sales, technology or another complex and evolving industry is preferred Advanced degree or relevant HR certification is a plus Core Competencies Demonstrates extensive experience in strategic HR partnership, employee relations, and talent management, with a strong focus on organizational design and workforce planning. Proven ability to leverage data analytics to inform HR strategies and drive employee engagement across diverse teams.
