This position will be providing services to our clients on a per visit basis within senior living communities throughout Melrose, Wakefield, Swampscott, and surrounding areas. This is a full time position. You will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home.
