- 500+ Bed Non-Profit Hospital 100% Acute Care
- Diverse caseload covering ICU, Ortho, Med/Surg, PCU, CV Surgery, and sub-acute
- Structured 3-month mentorship program
- $15,000 Sign-on Bonus
- Full benefits (medical, dental, & 401k) + over 4 weeks PTO
- Relocation Assistance Available
- PSLF eligible + hospital paid loan repayment
- CEU Allowance + Medbridge Subscription
- Mon-Fri (8-5) + 1in4 weekend rotation
- Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE) or become licensed before employment begins
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
- Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers
- Collaborative, team-building personality style
- Servant leader mindset
