What You’ll Do Assess patient conditions and create individualized treatment and care plans in collaboration with physicians and families Deliver evidence‑based therapy, ensuring interdisciplinary coordination for optimal outcomes Document assessments, treatments, and progress with accuracy and timeliness Educate patients and families on exercises, self‑care, and long‑term health strategies Mentor and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Technicians Serve as a clinical resource and educator for staff Uphold patient confidentiality and professional ethical standards What We’re Looking For Valid and active state Physical Therapy license (Doctor of Physical Therapy preferred) 2 years outpatient PT experience preferred; Orthopedic background ideal.
