They also become part of a highly collaborative team that prioritizes learning, professional development, and mentorship.As a Senior Associate on the CCB Strategy team, you will be involved in high-priority projects that are at the top of our senior management's agenda and at the forefront of the industry. These projects are team-based and will require you to collaborate extensively with senior executives and cross-functional business partners. You will also have the opportunity to rotate across Chase's lines of business and functional groups, including Consumer & Business Banking, Credit Card & Connected Commerce, Home & Auto Lending, Wealth Management, Product & Technology, HR, and Operations.Job responsibilitiesDevelop and drive CCB strategic initiatives/projects including but not limited to developing growth strategies, assessing new product launches, evaluating new market entry opportunities, exploring partnerships and acquisitions, and initiating cross-line of business projectsServe as an objective thought partner to senior leaders in the business and collaborate with teams across LOBs and functional areas (e.g., data science, finance, product, marketing)Apply structured problem-solving and design thinking to address top CCB strategic priorities Structure and build quantitative and qualitative analyses and present findings and recommendationsAnalyze operational and financial dataResearch and analyze industry landscape to evaluate new opportunities and identify emerging trendsSupport creation of CEO-level executive communicationsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsBachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Engineering (or related field)5+ years of diverse problem solving and executive communications experience from either strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or any other internal strategy role Excellent analytical skills and ability to structure complex problemsStrong interpersonal skillsExcellent communications and presentation skillsIntellectual curiosity and ability to learn new subjects quicklyProficient MS Excel and PowerPoint skillsOpen, collaborative, team-oriented operating stylePreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience applying data analysis to solve business problems in fast-moving environmentsExperience with cross-functional collaboration, including influencing stakeholders and working with diverse teamsChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America’s households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
