opportunity with Yoh's Primary Care clinic located in Cartersville, GA . This clinic sees patients ages 2+ and provides primary care and minimal occupational health.


Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 7a-5p

Duration:
6/1-8/24 with possible extension (leave of absence coverage)

Pay: $65-73/hr DOE


What You'll Be Doing:

• Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines
• Performs procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management
• Develops patient care plans, records progress, and ensures continuity of care
• Educates patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care
• Prescribes or recommends treatments, including medications and therapies
• Refers patients to specialists or physicians as needed
• Maintains patient health records ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and records
• Educates and coaches nursing staff on best practices
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• All nurse practitioner licenses/certificates to practice
• BLS upon hire
• 3+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice, urgent care, emergency department, or related setting
• Experience with Epic is preferred but not required
• DOT certified preferred but not required
