Job Description Full-Time Psychotherapist Location: Southern New Hampshire Health – Nashua, NH Position Type: Full-Time | Outpatient | On-Site Southern New Hampshire Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychotherapist to join our expanding Behavioral Health team. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work in a supportive, patient-centered environment committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health care for adults. Position Overview As a Psychotherapist, you will provide outpatient counseling services to adult population within a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting. This role offers a balanced schedule of clinical and administrative time, a strong referral pipeline, and the opportunity to build a meaningful, long‑term patient panel. Once established, the position offers flexibility for one remote workday per week. Key Responsibilities We provide comprehensive, evidence-based psychotherapy in a collaborative and interdisciplinary environment Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within the EMR system. Collaborate with Internal Medicine providers, psychiatrists, and community partners to support continuity of care. Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development. Areas of focus for intervention include anxiety, OCD, depression, and disruptive behavior disorders As an important member of Foundation Behavioral Health, you will also contribute to the training of mental health clinicians across multiple disciplines Education Requirements: One of the following is needed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD from an APA approved Program and APA‑approved Internship) Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD), (PhD or PsyD from and APA approved program and an APA approved internship Licensed Clinical Social Worker (MSW, LICSW) Licensed Clinical Mental Health Clinician (LCMHC) Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with adult population. Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. All applicants should hold a license in the State of New Hampshire or obtain a New Hampshire License (Massachusetts is optional).
