Warehouse Manager / Warehouse Lead

Upper Marlboro, MD

A well-established electrical supply and distribution company is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team of 10+ employees. This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse personnel in daily operations
Manage workflow, productivity, and employee performance
Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
Ensure warehouse organization, accuracy, and efficiency
Train and develop team members to support long-term success
Maintain a safe, positive, and productive work environment
Identify and implement operational improvements
Partner with management to achieve company goals and service standards

Qualifications

Previous warehouse leadership or management experience
Experience supervising teams of 10 or more employees
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to motivate, mentor, and develop employees
Experience in distribution, logistics, warehouse operations, or electrical supply distribution preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills welcomed but not required

Compensation & Benefits

$60,000 - $100,000 annual salary , depending on experience
