Success as a litigator depends heavily on the quality of training a lawyer receives. Our caseload consists of air crash cases, insurance and bad faith, product liability, employment law, technology licensing disputes, patent cases, plaintiffs personal cases, insurance defense and more. We are national counsel to several established technology and professional training companies. We lecture nationally on topics such as high technology in the courtroom, and wed like to teach you all of these topics. You will have a subscription to Westlaw Precision, which is Westlaws cutting-edge AI research platform. We carefully plan our cases using checklists and tactics that weve been developing for decades.

Qualifications:

The firm is seeking to add one or more new attorneys who are licensed to practice in Colorado with 3-6 years of litigation experience. We are also interested in speaking with more advanced practitioners who are attracted to our firm culture, our systems, and our technology. Some new law school graduates may find a home here if they have distinguished themselves in law school or through past work.

Licensure in states other than Colorado is valued but not required. We work nationally, and most of our caseload arises in Colorado, Wyoming, Utah. Youll find a map of where we practice in our website.

Minimum qualifications include the ability to learn and follow detailed procedures and instructions, excellent research and writing abilities, strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to manage deadlines and meet hourly billing requirements.. We value proven deposition and trial skills and client development skills, and this is a good firm to learn those skills for qualified new lawyers. Special talents in the fields of science, engineering, medicine, finance, aviation, business or accounting are also highly valuable.

Compensation

The starting salary range for this position, depending upon experience, is $130,000 to $160,000. Lawyers with portable business may be paid more.
