This role is essential in ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide and oversee direct nursing care based on care plans and physician ordersAdminister medications and treatments safely and accuratelyMonitor resident conditions and respond to changes appropriatelySupervise and support CNAs and LPNsMaintain accurate, timely documentation in PointClickCare (PCC)Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal care outcomesEnsure compliance with state and federal regulationsQualificationsCurrent, active RN license in South Carolina (in good standing)Current CPR certificationMust maintain all required continuing educationExperience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferredExperience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferredWe are an equal opportunity employer.
