You will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure that the system is properly configured, maintained, and optimized to meet the needs of the business.Role ResponsibilitiesSystem Configuration, this includes setting up parameters, defining workflows, and creating rules for inventory management.System Maintenance to ensure that the system is properly maintained and updated. This includes identifying and resolving system issues, coordinating upgrades, and ensuring that the system is functioning as expected.User Training on how to properly use the system. This includes creating training materials, delivering training sessions, and providing ongoing support to users.Data Analysis from the system to identify trends, optimize inventory levels, and improve overall warehouse efficiency.System Integration with other systems, such as ERP, TMS, PKGS or order management systems, to ensure seamless data flow between systems.Technical Support for the DHL site team and customer, as well as develop and execute test and project plans.To be successful in this role, a Operations System Manager (WMS Manager) should have strong technical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
