Dismantler Supervisor As a Dismantler Supervisor, you will oversee the dismantling and removal of various structures and equipment. This includes managing a team of dismantlers, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining a clean and organized work site. You will also be responsible for identifying salvageable materials and coordinating their removal for resale or recycling. Primary Responsibilities Supervising a team of dismantlers and assigning tasks Ensuring all safety regulations are followed Inspecting structures and equipment to determine the best dismantling methods Coordinating with clients to schedule dismantling projects Identifying valuable materials for salvage and coordinating their removal Maintaining a clean and organized work site Providing training and guidance to new team members Maintaining accurate records of work completed Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in construction or demolition is preferred Minimum of 3 years experience in demolition or related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to demolition work Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively This is a full-time position based in Los Angeles.
