Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Bilingual fluency in Spanish is essential as you’ll be supporting a diverse student population and playing a pivotal role in assessment-heavy caseloads. Your clinical and cultural insights will help shape inclusive practices and promote positive outcomes for students, families, and staff.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current licensure as a School Psychologist or Licensed Mental Health Therapist
• Professional experience in school-based or clinical settings
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Comprehensive experience with psychological and psychoeducational assessments
• Strong understanding of special education processes and IEP development
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cultural competency skills
• Ability to remain organized, self-directed, and responsive within fast-paced environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and interpret evaluation results
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary team members to develop effective intervention plans
• Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate support, including translating and facilitating meetings
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute recommendations aligned with student needs
• Offer short-term counseling and crisis intervention for students
• Maintain comprehensive, confidential records and timely documentation
