We are on the lookout for a forward thinking Software Tester who is passionate about Exploratory Testing, Agile, Software Testing and the latest tools and techniques available.

• Lead testing efforts across web, mobile, and backend systems, ensuring high-quality releases.
• Manage and execute comprehensive test strategies,  encompassing both manual and automated testing approaches.
• Manage and execute API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger, ensuring backend functionality and seamless integration.
• Manage and execute UI testing to validate responsiveness, functionality, and consistency across platforms.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium or Appium.
• Drive proactive quality engineering by engaging in requirements, coding, and planning phasesto embed testing and continuous feedback throughout the SDLC.
• Integrate testing processes into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins) for efficient deployment.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, promoting quality-focused practices.
• Document and manage test plans, risks, and results to track QA progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align QA efforts with business and technical goals.
• Identify and adopt new tools and techniques to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

• Experience : 5+ years in quality assurance, with a focus on both manual and automated testing.
• Proficient in test automation, API testing, and SQL for backend validation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Proven track record of mentoring team members and leading QA efforts.
• Excellent communication skills for working across teams and presenting test results.
• Proficient in QA methodologies and  test design techniques .

• Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools for efficiency.
• Experience with performance testing using tools like LoadRunner or BlazeMeter.
• Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms like BrowserStack or AWS Device Farm.
