Data Product Owner - Trust & Estates

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We need 10+ years of experience in product management, platform delivery, or large-scale transformation within complex, matrixed organizations, with ownership of a portfolio and end-to-end delivery outcomes.
• We need proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across business and technology, including prioritization, trade-off management, and delivery commitments.
• We need strong execution discipline, with the ability to manage tight timelines, competing priorities, and ambiguity while maintaining a focus on controls and quality.
• We need excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to diagnose complex issues, identify root causes, and deliver sustainable remediation with measurable results.
• We need strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting updates, risks, and decisions to senior leadership forums.
• We need a high-ownership mindset and a self-starter who can independently drive initiatives, surface risks early, and deliver results.
• Preferred: experience leading product delivery in an Agile environment, including backlog management, prioritization, sprint and release planning, and dependency management across multiple teams.
• Preferred: experience governing or driving AI and automation initiatives, including use case intake and prioritization, delivery oversight, and change management or adoption, in partnership with technology and risk/control stakeholders.
• Preferred: knowledge of the Trusts & Estates domain, including client types and servicing or workflow considerations, plus familiarity with data quality, controls, and operational risk concepts.
• Preferred: strong program leadership skills, including establishing governance, execution cadence, and cross-functional accountability across global stakeholders.

• We own the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for a portfolio of Trusts & Estates data and workflow capabilities aligned with business outcomes, control requirements, and data strategy.
• We act as product lead for AI-enabled transformation by identifying high-value use cases, defining MVP-to-scale plans, and driving delivery through production adoption and measurable impact.
• We partner closely with senior stakeholders across Business, Technology, Data, and Controls to set priorities, align funding and capacity, and drive accountable execution across multiple workstreams.
• We drive platform connectivity and integration across upstream and downstream systems to improve end-to-end visibility for global teams.
• We own stakeholder engagement and communications, translating complex initiatives into clear narratives, milestones, trade-offs, and outcomes for senior leadership.
• We lead a data-driven approach to process and workflow optimization, partnering with operations and technology to improve end-to-end performance and client or service outcomes.
