As Finance Manager, you will lead the day-to-day finance function while shaping the future of financial management at BUCS, reporting to the Director of Business Operations and overseeing the Finance Assistant. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting that enables informed decision-making across the organisation. Ensure excellent financial governance and control, modernising and transforming the finance function. Improve management information and financial processes, redesign the purchase-to-pay process, and support wider digital transformation initiatives. Support BUCS's Strategy 2030 by providing financial insight, challenging assumptions, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen financial sustainability. Qualifications Fully qualified CIMA/CGMA accountant. Strong management accounting expertise. Passion for continuous improvement and ability to work collaboratively across the organisation.
