Business Consultant

Cultivate existing business and oversee sales expansion across Arizona Provide exceptional customer service and educate prospective clients on becoming Dermalogica business partners Develop sales through sales call plans, reach and frequency goals, account events, and Skin Therapist education attendance Grow qualified Dermalogica accounts by demonstrating the value of the product line and education support Service existing accounts and build trusting, meaningful relationships Visit existing accounts at least once per month Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual new-account and revenue targets Prospect relentlessly through cold calling, event management, lead generation, profiling, and personal visits Follow up with new leads within 36–72 hours Meet quarterly and annual KPI goals Submit territory business plans, sales calls, calendar activities in Pepperi, expense reports, and other sales reports Work regional trade shows, PULLS, events, and other Dermalogica programs Travel daily by car to visit accounts Attend quarterly and national sales meetings, including overnight travel Participate in regional or national trade shows, potentially including weekend events Maintain a safe work environment and practice safe driving Requirements High school degree required; BA/BS degree preferred Minimum of two years of field sales experience required Experience ideally in the beauty industry or with prestige consumer goods Experience servicing salons, spas, physician’s offices, and the “sole proprietor” customer base is highly desirable National accounts servicing background ideal Client building experience required Licensed skin care therapist a plus Results-oriented with a proven track record of success Master Dermalogica product knowledge and skincare technique, particularly how they differ from competitors Significant daily vehicle travel to visit accounts daily is required Reliable, dedicated, and willing to work as part of a winning team Persuasive and sincere communicator with management and customers Excellent written communication skills Proficient in email, social media, and spreadsheets desirable Multi-tasking and strong attention to detail Customer service oriented Team-player with strong organizational and time-management skills Willingness to attend sales meetings, trade shows, events, and occasional overnight/weekend events Safe driving practices Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in field sales within the beauty industry, focusing on client relationship building, account management, and achieving sales targets.
