We are seeking a highly driven Field Operations Manager (FOM) with experience in the adult beverage industry to support a large‑scale field marketing program. In this role, the FOM will oversee key operational functions that enable field team success, including payroll administration, reporting, and training. Beyond day‑to‑day operations, the FOM will play a critical role in identifying opportunities to strengthen brand affinity, developing strategic plans, and activating meaningful consumer experiences within key communities. Train, develop, and coach new team members on opportunities during market visits and team calls. Manage the daily, weekly, and monthly needs of the brand with strong organizational and communication skills; ensure information is shared timely with supervisors and client teams. Proactively manage business objectives and program goals; identify sales training opportunities and create ROI‑based action plans for assigned locations. Utilize subject‑matter expertise of client products and services, including technology, promotions, and activation procedures to drive training and knowledge. Create and maintain strong relationships with client partners; leverage relationships to increase sales of the client’s products and services. Analyze data and determine indicated action; utilize performance data to develop and execute specific strategies required to meet or exceed client objectives and sales targets. Manage team budgets and monthly targets. Lead field team operations by managing brand ambassador onboarding, training programs, payroll processes, and performance management. Analyze and communicate program performance through reports and presentations, identifying successes, gaps, and opportunities. Travel and Driving Requirements Travel and driving are essential duties; travel up to 50% within local market. Overnight travel as needed, up to 20%. Home‑based role that reports to an Anheuser‑Busch Region office two days each week. Supervisory Responsibilities Direct reports include Brand Ambassadors; responsibilities include hiring, retaining, training, coaching, guiding, directing, and developing direct reports using company‑wide processes. May delegate work to indirect reports and provide guidance, direction, and mentoring. Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Excellent written and verbal communication. Good interpersonal and prioritization skills. Conflict management and decision‑making skills. Ability to exercise sound judgment and make oral presentations. Effective research and data analysis. Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and able to handle a fast‑paced work environment. Track record of building and maintaining customer/client relationships. Flexible and adaptable to changing projects or business environment. Can work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision. Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Internet usage. Environmental & Physical Requirements Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work may be performed in an office or warehouse environment. Typically requires the ability to spend 40%+ hours each work week doing the following activities: stand for extended periods of time, walk, bend, stoop, or climb. May require the ability to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in field marketing and team management; preference for experience in the adult beverage industry. Bachelor’s degree. Strong organizational skills to deliver key deliverables in a timely fashion in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to drive and travel as needed. Ability to manage team communications on occasion nights and weekends. Proficient with Microsoft Office—PowerPoint & Excel.
