Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Maintenance Tech to join their team. As a Maintenance Tech, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the Dayton location. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Tech

Location: Dayton, TX

Pay Range: $27.00 to $32.00 depending on experience

Shift: 1st shift Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal operation.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues promptly.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures and safety protocols.

What's Needed?

• Relevant credentials: 100037, 100069
• Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
