Command Pay Personnel Administrator (CPPA)

You will serve as a Command Pay Personnel Administrator (CPPA) servicing all Training Support Center for students. You will review and interprets guidance, directives, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and regulations. You will perform various administrative and clerical duties to support the command's Educational Service Offices (ESO). You will process travel related documents for students and staff.

Must be a US Citizen. Must be determined suitable for federal employment. Must participate in the direct deposit pay program. Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service. You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal. You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases. This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the Gs-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing various database, management and planning systems to process check-ins, update or remove student statuses. 2) Preparing, reviewing correspondence, spreadsheets and other various documents with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) while maintaining Personally Identifiable Information (PII) standards. 3) Ensuring all documents and information with pay, personnel and travel support are relayed to the appropriate personnel per the applicable policies and standards.
