Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patients' unique needs and craft personalized treatment strategies. \n
- Implement a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused modalities tailored to individuals, couples, and families. \n
- Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that address prevalent mental health issues, providing community support and shared experiences among participants. \n
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated management of patient care. \n
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients facing immediate mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and stabilization. \n
- Educate patients on their mental health conditions, outlining treatment options and available community resources to enhance their understanding and engagement in their care. \n
- Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of all patient interactions in line with legal, ethical, and organizational standards. \n
- Engage actively in professional development and case consultations to stay abreast of advancements in the field of mental health therapy. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Washington is required. \n
