ASO Sales Executive

ASO Sales Executive | Payroll & HR Outsourcing

The ideal candidate will be located near Vermont, Boston, MA, or Rochester, NY

You’ll sell fully managed payroll and HR solutions to businesses with 50–200 employees , owning the sales process from the first conversation through close.

What you’ll do

• Win new clients through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Engage business owners and senior executives to understand their challenges and build the right solution.
• Lead discovery, proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
• Build a strong pipeline, maintain accurate Salesforce forecasts, and consistently exceed quota.
• Partner with internal specialists to ensure each solution fits the client’s operational and financial needs.

What you bring

• 3+ years of quota-carrying, consultative sales experience , preferably in SaaS.
• HCM, PEO, ASO, or related workforce solutions experience strongly preferred.
• A proven record of exceeding quota and winning new accounts.
• Confidence managing complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and territory management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
