Member Assist Cart Attendant

Position Summary: We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring there are carts ready and available. You will also assist members in loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional Compensation Includes Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
