LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse (Weekday)

We're looking for a dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who wants a consistent weekday schedule while providing high-quality care in an assisted living and memory care setting.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, clinically strong, and comfortable managing both care coordination and medication administration.

What You'll Do

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Complete resident assessments and care plans
• Monitor and document changes in resident condition
• Coordinate care with caregivers and leadership team
• Support both Assisted Living and Memory Care residents
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff

What We're Looking For

• Active LPN license (Tennessee) – required
• Previous senior living, assisted living, or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple residents and priorities
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Reliable and consistent attendance

Schedule & Pay

• $23–$25/hr
• Monday–Friday (6a–2p)
• No weekends
• Stable, predictable schedule
