You’ll use our FOCUS system to keep the restaurant profitable and organized. Safety First: Maintain a spotless, safe environment and make sure the "Papa John’s look" is always on point. The Key Ingredients (What You Bring) Leadership Roots: Previous shift lead or restaurant management experience is a huge plus. The Skills: You’re an expert communicator who can juggle cash management, scheduling, and high-speed rushes without breaking a sweat. The Vibe: Positive, adaptable, and ready to lead by example every single day. The Basics: HS Diploma/GED and a Food Service Certification (like Serv-Safe) are preferred.
