We are seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Service Sales Associate to join our retail team at a leading medical supply company. Hours: Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting appropriate medical supplies based on their needs
• Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries accurately and professionally
• Process sales transactions efficiently using the sales system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
• Manage inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
• Educate customers on product usage, safety, and benefits
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer service
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety standards

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and explain medical supply products clearly
• Basic computer skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Compassionate attitude and willingness to assist customers with diverse needs
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare or sales training is a plus
