Job Summary for Full Time Occupational Therapist (OT):
- Assess patients' physical, emotional, and developmental abilities and needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to improve clients' ability to perform daily activities.
- Implement therapeutic activities and interventions based on patient goals.
- Educate patients and families on exercises, adaptive equipment, and coping strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members (e.g., doctors, nurses, social workers).
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and timely.
- Monitor and adjust therapy plans as needed to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations and policies.
