Supervisor De Merchandisers

We are looking for a Merchandisers Supervisor!

The Merchandisers Supervisor is responsible for leading and supervising the implementation of plans, programs, merchandising initiatives, and service at the point of sale, aimed at ensuring the correct visibility, availability, rotation, and presentation of products supporting the achievement of short and long-term objectives. They are in charge of coordinating, developing, and evaluating the assigned personnel, ensuring compliance with operational standards, service quality, and effective in-store execution.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supervising, training, developing, motivating, and evaluating the personnel assigned to their care, ensuring compliance with established policies, operational standards, and performance indicators.
• In charge of coordinating and implementing merchandising and service initiatives at the point of sale, aimed at achieving the established objectives of the area.
• Coordinate and follow up on the itinerary of visits, routes, and operational compliance of the assigned personnel, ensuring effective service execution and commercial priorities compliance.
• Review and analyze operational and commercial reports of the district, identifying opportunities related to service, visits, in-store execution, compliance, and performance of the assigned personnel.
• Measure the effectiveness of programs and initiatives implemented in their district, collecting photographic evidence and validating compliance with standards through established technological tools.
• Support the implementation of programs, promotional material, and commercial initiatives at the points of sale, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and standards.
• Supervise the quality and execution of service, ensuring compliance with policies, operational standards, and established guidelines by the organization.
• In charge of holding periodic meetings with the assigned personnel to communicate guidelines, priorities, programs, and business initiatives.
• Analyze reports using established technological tools (e.g., Propel), following up on the compliance of routes, visits, photographic evidence, in-store execution, and service opportunities.

Requirements:

• BA-Business Administration, preferably with a concentration in Management and/or Marketing.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience as a sales leader and/or supervisor.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience in consumer product sales.
• Excellent skills for using Microsoft Office 360 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Power BI).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish at all leadership levels.
• Valid Puerto Rico Drivers License, Category 3.
