Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team in Swainsboro, GA. As an RBT, you will conduct ABA therapy sessions with children, utilizing evidence-based treatment protocols and techniques. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans with the guidance of supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for our clients.
