Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Developing, maintaining, and managing reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions
· Leveraging BigQuery and other data sources as appropriate
· Tableau report creation following stakeholder requirements
· Publishing workbooks to Tableau Server including set up of push reporting (emails) and row level security as required
· Supporting report refreshes on the Tableau Server and addressing errors and managing performance concerns
· Troubleshooting data issues or discrepancies with existing reports
· Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation
Required Skills, Education and Certifications:
· Bachelor's prepared in a computer science, economics or, other related discipline.
· 3 years of previous experience in a related position/field.
· Proactive individual with excellent problem-solving skills
· Ability to easily interpret business requirements and communicate questions or blockers
· Understands importance of clear and timely communication of production support issues
· Able to create advanced visualizations in Tableau desktop and Tableau Server
