This role reports directly to the CFO of the company and will play a critical role in financial and tax reporting, acquisition integration, and strategic finance initiatives across multiple healthcare businesses.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment and wants broad exposure beyond traditional corporate accounting. You will gain hands-on experience supporting a diverse portfolio of healthcare businesses, making this an exceptional opportunity for professional growth and accelerated career development.Interested in this role You can find all the relevant information in the description below.ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP and healthcare reporting standards.Lead the monthly close process, including general ledger review, account reconciliations, and intercompany eliminations across multiple entities.Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations including AR/AP, payroll, treasury, leases, fixed assets accounting, etc.Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and consultants to ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and audit requirements.Support acquisitions by participating in financial due diligence, purchase accounting including purchase price allocations, and post-acquisition integration.Partner with finance and leadership teams across multiple portfolio companies to improve accounting processes, strengthen internal controls, and enhance finance operations following acquisitions.Develop, monitor, and report on financial KPIs to assess performance and identify risks and opportunities.Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, lender reporting and other strategic finance initiatives.Mentor, supervise, and develop accounting staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.QualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA license preferred.3-5 years of public and/or private accounting experience.
