Manager of Epic Applications

The Manager of Epic Applications leads and coaches the team responsible for the maintenance of the Epic system and reporting. This position helps guide workflow design, building, testing the system and analyzing other technical issues associated with Epic software and oversees and coordinates the triage of analytics needs and corresponding build. The Manager of Epic Applications establishes and enforces processes, including request, triage, prioritization, testing, publishing and validating data requests. This position also requires collaboration with operational business stakeholders and the ability to manage multiple priorities and transition quickly between projects and issues.Location: Candidates must reside in the state of Wisconsin for consideration. This position is eligible to work at your home office (reliable internet is required), at our office in Brookfield or Menasha, or a combination of both in our hybrid workplace model. Travel to Menasha required occasionally for the position.Hours: 1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week, 8am-5pm Monday through Friday, on-call support after hours as neededJob Responsibilities:Lead assigned Epic department employees and contractors, including hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating performance, disciplining, and terminating.Define and delegate work responsibilities with clear, consistent expectations and outcomes.
