Multi-Craft Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Onsite, Graniteville, SC, USACompensation: USD $34.00 - $44.00 Per HourNo of positions: 3Industry: Manufacturing/MechanicalRelocation Eligibility: NoSponsorship Assistance: NoJob OverviewWe are seeking a Multi-Craft Industrial Maintenance (Service Technician) for our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry.Key ResponsibilitiesComply with all safety regulationsPartner with Engineering team to install, test, and release equipmentKnowledge of recording activities in a CMMSMaintain equipment for industrial production, industrial processing, pipeline distribution systems, and conveyorsVarious PLC'sNetworking and Communications: EtherNet / IP, ControlNet, and DeviceNetAC Drives, Motors, Encoder and Resolver troubleshootingCalibration of flow, level, pressure, and temperature devices and loopsFamiliar with bearings, conveying systems, gearboxes, equipment rebuilds, and repairs.Familiar with automation and distributed control system architectures within manufacturing and processing systems.Familiar with hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and rotating equipment.Read and use blueprints, schematics, manuals, technical drawings, work orders, test results, machine error messages.Inspect parts for damage/wearTest and observe running machineryUse hoists and lifts, grinders, hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, testing equipment, etc.Other duties as assignedMust-havesDCS architecture experienceAC drives and resolver troubleshootingCMMS documentationHydraulic and pneumatic systemsGearbox and conveyor rebuildsRotating equipment maintenanceWelding for industrial maintenance
