Billing and Finance Manager

Position Summary :
Perform duties necessary to ensure assigned areas of operation function independently as well interdependently to accomplish the goals and objectives of the health center. Maintains required FQHC credentialing, billing and state and federal grant reporting requirements. Assists with the overall fiscal management functions of the health center.
Education:
BS/BA degree in accounting or business-related field required upon hire.
Training and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years related experience in a health care setting. Prior experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center preferred.
Job Knowledge:
General knowledge of medical business office practices. Strong communication skills. Working knowledge of business application software. Ability to maintain calm temperament under stressful conditions. Good math skills, deductive reasoning and general office machine operations
