Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work onsite in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center located within a hospital setting. Our facility is designed to support a wide range of therapy modalities, enabling you to assist in a variety of treatment methods, from strength training to manual therapy. You will work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in a supportive atmosphere that values teamwork and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physical therapists to evaluate patient needs and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on orthopedic recovery.
• Assist patients during therapy sessions, providing guidance and support with exercises, balance training, and mobility techniques to help enhance their physical abilities.
• Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment by ensuring equipment is prepared and available for patient use, understanding the specific needs of each treatment session.
• Document patient progress accurately in electronic medical records (EMR) systems, such as WebPT, while also assisting in scheduling patient appointments and managing administrative tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to provide a cohesive and informed approach to patient care.

In this role, you will primarily work with outpatient orthopedic patients, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
